Dr. Promise Honeywell grew up in Lansing, Iowa, 35 miles south of the La Crosse area. She has been in practice since 2002. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa with 2 degrees, a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She practiced as an associate doctor at Allied Health Chiropractic Centers for 5 years and then decided to pursue a practice of her own. On December 3, 2007 she opened Signature Chiropractic & Massage Center.
After 8 years of education and hands-on experience, Dr. Honeywell’s energy and passion for patient care is unmatched. She is fully committed to providing the care necessary so her patients can meet and surpass their health care goals. Dr. Promise Honeywell uses manual diversified, drop-piece table adjusting, and activator techniques, as well as rehabilitation and nutritional counseling to meet your health care needs. Dr. Honeywell places a special focus on infants and children. She has also worked with challenging cases and has helped many people that other doctors could not.
Dr. Honeywell is actively involved in the community. She serves on the advisory council board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Coulee Region. She is a member of the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce, La Crosse Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association. She voluntarily works at events throughout the community including Steppin' Out in pink Run/Walk and Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. Dr. Honeywell holds annual fundraisers for the local food pantries, Coulee Region Women's Fund, local schools, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and other local charities. She takes pride in giving back to the community as much as she can.

Holly Kaiser, Licensed Massage Therapist
Holly attended the Massage Therapy program at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and graduated in 2002. She continued her education at Winona State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physical education teaching and coaching in 2005.
“My parents, both physical educators and coaches, have inspired me through their excitement and dedication to also influence others through healthy activity. Continuing to be active, and the benefits that I have experienced from it, first inspired me to join this profession. I choose to use chiropractic and massage regularly to make sure that I stay pain free and I hope that you will experience the same benefits that I have!”

Lyndsey Langer, Licensed Massage Therapist
Lyndsey attended the University of Viterbo and received a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in counseling in 2005. Following a high school dream to do massage as a career, she went to Western Technical College for her massage education.

Shi Severson, Billing Manager
Shi has had a major role in the Signature Chiropractic team working as the Billing Manager. She has earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources. She also holds a Wisconsin state license as a Chiropractic Technician.

Samantha grew up in Onalaska and joined the Signature team in 2011. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Marketing and enjoys her work educating the public on how chiropractic care can change their lives.
